If you’re a part of the 5% of the population that can walk into any gym and know how to get results while executing the right exercises with correct form and technique, Congratulations!
What about the other 95% of you who don’t have the knowledge to get your results while executing the right exercises with the correct form and technique? What do you end up doing?
Do you look around the gym and see all the equipment that occupies the floor space? I bet you see cardio machines and weights but wouldn’t have the slightest clue on how to use either of them. Do you even know what these machines will do for you?
I know that by this stage everything becomes overwhelming. I also know that by you thinking you have purchased a conventional gym membership that the results will fall into place because you have decided that you will just do ‘your thing.’
What exactly is your thing? Is it walking on the treadmill looking at the TV screen that sits on the wall? Is it sitting on the bench having a ‘rest’ and at the same time taking a selfie before you resume your workout?
